I'm a 48 year old mum who knows what it’s like to feel stuck. For years I woke up exhausted, avoided mirrors, and skipped events because nothing fit. I kept promising myself I would change tomorrow, but tomorrow always slipped further away.I used food to soothe stress and provide comfort. I missed the version of me who danced till dawn, backpacked across continents, and once lived in Paris. I missed her spark. One day I stepped on the scale, saw a number that broke me, and I cried. But I also got to work.I created my own system that did not revolve around punishment. Over time I built habits I could sustain and results I could be proud of. I lost 40 kilos and found my confidence again, one choice at a time.Now I help other people do the same, with simple and satisfying food, personalised support, and a kind and realistic approach to lasting change.
